The UADM actively participates in the development of call-centre market by carrying out researches, favoring communication of experts of this field.
Achievements:
- The meetings of Hot Skills – the club of call-centre leaders – are held regularly;
- Surveying of the phone service quality of companies working in catalogue commerce, telecommunications field, internet-shops;
- Researching the volume of outsourcing contact-centres market in Ukraine.
