Hot Skills Club of Call-Centre Directors
The call-centre industry in Ukraine is developing actively. The industry involves a lot of professional managers and some of them have already gained prestige. However, the specialists working in the same field but in different companies do not share their experience. As a result, one deals with his/her problem on his/her own while others already know the solution. Hot Skills, the Club of Call-Centre Directors, is the way out.
Club’s Objective: to create the environment for communication and experience-sharing among the call-centre directors; to find and popularize the best experience in management of human and other resources of call-centre; to make the market actors acquainted with each other.
Membership. A Director or his/her deputy may be a member of the Club. To become a member one should just visit one of the meetings of Hot Skills.
Advantages: the professional support by the colleagues; keeping abreast about all significant professional events held in Ukraine and all over the world (by the way, many organizers offer discounts for Hot Skills members); access to the research results, training materials etc.; acquaintance with interesting representatives of the industry who visit Club’s meetings; the possibility to influence the development of call-centre industry.
Cost. Participation in the Club’s meetings is free of charge, though the charitable and sponsoring contributions are for welcome.
