International business forum “Days of dialogue-marketing in Ukraine”
“Days of dialogue-marketing in Ukraine” is the biggest annual business forum in dialogue-marketing, mail order commerce and CRM technologies in Eastern Europe and CIS countries held over the last 11 years.
Objective: to demonstrate the best practice of direct-marketing tools application, to draw attention of DM-services customers to the authors of innovative projects, to “discover” and support the creative direct-marketers.
Number of Participants. In 2011 the Forum brought together over 400 representatives of the industry from dozens of countries.
Program. The business forum comprises the following topics:
- Communication Strategy Day (communication strategies).
- Loyalty Day (customer’s loyalty).
- DM Tools Day.
- Competence Day (competence of a marketer).
- Direct Hit Day (the final of the Direct Hit, International contest of the best DM project, is timed to the DM Days. The Contest winners are awarded with the “Direct-Marketing Black Belts” in seven categories. By the way, in 2011, 38 projects from Norway, Latvia, Russia and Ukraine were presented at the contest).
- MO Day (Mail Order Commerce in Ukraine).
- Day OFF (active leisure time and communication with colleagues).
